Ordering

Once I place my order, when will I receive my product?

We are a real company with real people here to answer any questions you might have. Our products vary significantly in delivery time based on destination, quantity, etc.Your sales or customer care representative will be a phone or email away.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact Us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

What is the minimum order?

While the most efficient and lowest cost would be container-based delivery, we have options. Please contact us to see when and how we might share shipping cost or place order of less than container.

Where can I find Illumichron?

We’re a design firm, where do we find your product, and can we get samples?

Please reach out to us on the contact form and we’ll get back to you with a local supplier. Should you like to request a catalogue, please let us know in your email and we’ll get one to you.  We also have samples available, with depending on quantity and type can be provided at a minimal cost.
